• We will survey your windows to ensure a precise measurement is taken and communicated to our skilled craftsmen
• Our skilled craftsmen will hand-make your wooden shutters to your precise requirements before finishing them to perfection
• Our trained installation team will carefully install your interior shutters with the minimum of fuss and bother
• Our shutter customer service team are on the end of the telephone to offer advice and assistance should you need it. We keep you fully informed by phone or email.

As our shutter factory is located in Warwick, right in the heart of the Midlands, we are able to respond promptly to your needs wherever you are in the UK - typically within 14 days from final survey (most other makes of window shutters are imported, giving rise to much longer lead times).

Lead times may vary depending on demand but a typical time line is: Order placed day 1 - Survey by day 7 - Fitting day 4 to 6 weeks thereafter.
